Cannot even set up account

Upon downloading app was met with sign on screen. Entered some data to set up my account, and it said it sent me a code but even after repeated tries, it NEVER SENT THE CODE. And yes I checked my spam folder and made sure the email was correct. The app store link for support sends you to their webpage where there is no link for support, no contact email. Come on guys. This stuff shouldn’t be this difficult.

Can't even get in

This app looks great, but I can't even get in to use it. When you register, you have to verify your email before you can start using the app. I've tried several times on both the iPhone and iPad apps, checked my inbox, junk, clutter, tried registering with two different email addresses, and I never get the verification email. If I ever get to try it I'll update my review, but for now I'm deleting the app and trying a different one.

Hi - So sorry about this ... turns out it was a privacy policy issue with one of our partners that was blocking verification emails going out. It is working now.

I can’t get in!

I have been trying for two days with two different emails to receive a validation code and I never get one. I would really like to try out this app. Please help!

Great idea, execution could be improved

The navigation seems pretty intuitive and I really like the month view to get an idea of how often I’m track. It also seems like there are a TON of foods in the database so you should be able to find anything you might be eating.

I’m confused about this though: All of the “Fody” products I’ve seen are listed as high FODMAP foods. I thought their whole business model was that they make low FODMAP alternatives for people with GI issues. Am I misunderstanding Condor’s rating system in this app?

Hard to enter simple foods

I liked this app for about 2 weeks and I suspect the update made it more complicated to use. In the past I could enter “coffee” and the top choices would be coffee - black, coffee - cream, etc. Now when I enter coffee (or other simple food) I’m presented with a multitude of brands and restaurant choices and variations and am required to scroll way down to find a simple cup of coffee. The same has happened for vegetables, meats and other foods. Please go back to listing the simple food first!

Great analytics and personalized insights to track your GI symptoms!

Tracks mood, bowel movements, symptoms and diet with FODMAP flags for various foods. Use multiple graphs to help identify patterns and isolate the foods that might be causing the worst flare-ups. The app also has great editorial content on topics related to IBS, Crohns and related GI issues.

Overall - highly recommend if you are looking for good insights into your personal GI patterns and an easy way to log your symptoms and diet.

Very intuitive and well thought out.

Thanks for giving language for symptoms and conditions I didn’t know I had. Looking forward to using the app to its full functionality. I like the feature to log foods and moods.
