Maya is a skills app based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles to help with feelings of anxiety and low mood. It currently is being used only in the context of research and clinical programs at Weill Cornell Medicine/NewYork Presbyterian Hospital and requires a code to access.
