Best I’ve Found
I’m picky about general appearances and features I like in a calendar and this one is the best I've found. I love the sleek, minimalist design. I love the detailed month view widget. I work 4 days each week, and my hours are always the same, so I LOVE the way this app allows us to create template events, that way I can quickly stamp my work schedule onto the calendar rather than manually adding ever detail over and over and over and over.(\0/)BatMaN!

I wish to thank the developer so very much for fixing the location address issue. I am very appreciative of the quick response and of your hard work. Again, thank you. Minical is a 5 star app!
Previous review: At some point during a recent update, Minical started parsing (perhaps this is not the correct word) US addresses differently than earlier versions. Previously US addresses were brought into the location field in an event, and they were ordered correctly. Now, however, the Zip code is inserted between the place/business name and the street address. Why the change that causes this? I find this both odd and annoying. Hence the loss of 2 stars. Old review: Minical is absolutely the best calendar app for iOS that I have used. Everything about this app is clearly laid out and works efficiently. The search function is fantastic. I have spent more time and money than one should in search of an easy to use and straightforward calendar app. Finally, I have found just such an app in Minical. In fairness to those reading this review, I did take the plunge and paid for the upgrade to the pro version. I have no regrets that I did. Recommended without hesitation.WetDog65
very very solid but have some suggestions
there’s a lot to like about this app, it’s probably been my favorite among them. i have sensory issues but needed a calendar app that would be customizable while able to be straightforward enough to use. i have been pleasantly surprised by the functionality of this app since i mainly got it for the different homescreen widgets. i rely heavily on them, and apple’s own is not super great displaying all of the tasks added to the calendar. i have reminders but just prefer everything in one place. i love that you can get a daily digest of the entire day via notification (i’ve never really been able to figure something out like that on the native app), as well as being able to add multiple custom colors. it’s great for isolating different reminders or to-do’s within a set calendar i’m viewing or working in. it would be kinda cool to see a couple features added, though. i gave it 4 stars not expecting to enjoy it more than apple’s - but not quite 5 because it’s $12 for lifetime purchase and i think there could be a couple more features included that aren’t there currently. that’s nitpicking, but maybe they’ll add it so i can change this to 5! it’s close. price considered, it isn’t even remotely close to the ridiculous subscription prices i’ve seen so i’m glad to have been given the choice for a permanent purchase. it’s my default widget now, hopefully in the future just my default life app entirely. some wants: - let me view the calendar in app as a schedule, not just by month - let me import my reminders, allowing me to see my dated reminders on the schedule - an enriched section for to-dos or jotting simple notes would be cool thank you for making this app. overall i’m enjoying it and hopefully it continues to get love and other people take to it. i’m telling all my calendar peeps. i also hope you guys see this so that those features could be seen and maybe other want them too so they could be implemented :)))Whitegurlewewew

Finally I can see the month!!! (And Aesthetically)
This app is absolutely the perfect calendar app for me. Its interface is charming and the full month view is so readable and simple. The cluttered feeling other iOS apps give you in their monthly overview is nowhere to be found. I also really love that the pro version allows you to resize the text if you desire. And of course the WIDGET OPTIONS? Perfect. So grateful I found this little app, I’m quite surprised it’s not more near the top of the search list.jezzzzzebel
