Great when it works

Awesome tool and worked great when flashing in the tune. I can see they are updating it slowly. Big problem is that when I go to open the live gauges or data log the app crashes. Tried to show my friend how it worked cause he was interested and it just kept crashing. Hopefully there is an update soon to fix it so it can be great again

Work in progress

Tuning is glitchy. Takes multiple tries. I have RDRS and now have fault lights. No tunes for RDRS available in app. When the heck is auto tune coming back. I keep hearing about it but no updates yet. I’m not a fan of dropping this kind of money on a Beta product. They should be paying us to work the bugs out.

App only allows you to download stock tune there are no other tunes

Crashing

Whenever I open live gauges and Datalogs it just instantly crashes.

We have discovered some situations that will cause this issue and have a new version coming soon. We appreciate the 3 stars in spite of your having trouble. We hope to turn that into 5 stars either with the new release or by working closely with you if the new release doesn't address your specific issue.

Edited.. the app has some gui funk like words mingling with other elements, but that could be due to apple updating iOS faster than dev can keep up. The biggest challenge is the target customer and knowledge. Without taking some time to read, watch videos, and learn, most consumers would watch the simple video and expect it to be “that easy” and for some it might be. Im still learning but after spending time reading up on the desktop software (c3 suite etc) and how to get the most from the pv4 - I def recommend the product for anyone not wanting to drop their whip for weeks waiting on a half baked dyno tune, but if your not tech savvy And not willing to learn and understand, probably not for you.

Most of the poor reviews are likely from people like me who spend a little cash, get the product, and not really understanding what is what - panic. However the response and service from DJ has been Excellent and Patient.

Please update to version 2.0.4 or later to use the new gauges feature.

Poor app

Only functional for saving original tune, does not list any of the pre-programmed tunes from Dynojet.

Was hoping for more

Product offers an effective way to deliver a tune to your motorcycle but that is it. Purchased in anticipation of more features ( auto tune , wide band sensor operation + possibly some Bluetooth gauges like the competitor) no cam support ( although if you buy from a place like fuelmoto they can send a tune to your device). Would be great to at least see some releases / this company makes good products not sure why this one is so slow to shine

Bought this unit for the Bluetooth capabilities and ease of use, quick plug and play even for a guy with no mechanical knowledge. Connected right away when my bike was started and followed the prompts and done…
