  • Inflexible

    The concept for this app is fine. However it does not allow the tenant to manage rent payments. Rent is only paid on the due date and you cannot pay in advance. This puts the tenant at risk of defaulting.

    I recommend this app is not used until it has the capability for the tenant to:

    - set the payment cycle (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
    - set the payment day (eg to align with tenants pay/income cycle)
    - pay rent in advance

    Thankfully my rent manager has allowed me to continue with direct debit to thier trust account.

    I cannot comment on the other functions as I did not get that far into the app.

  • Terrible

    Since having been forced to use this app for rent payments instead of transferring as I have always done and never had an arrears notice or problem, I am now going into arrears due to the app not allowing me to pay. Also, I am now only allowed to pay 6 days in advance instead of two weeks that I would usually be. I am hoping they will ditch it or at the very least fix it so people can pay in advance, then when a glitch happens people aren’t under threat of arrears notices.

  • It’s good when it works…

    Helpful in tracking issues, payments, etc, however, I currently can’t report an issue with a leaking tap (receive an error message and won’t let me submit the issue) nor have my rent payments been updated for more than 2 months. In addition, the “one stop shop” of an app means this is the only point of contact, leaving you with no one to contact when the app doesn’t work.

  • App crashes when navigating to the payments screen

    My lease end date is now wrong and I can’t see payment history. Well done team!!!
  • Love the new app

    While I never had problems with the old app, this new version has much improved user interface and use-ability.
  • Worst app

    Can’t see messages. Maintenance sections not linked.
