Just pretty good
No way to pay with ApplePay; instead, you have to store your credit card info, which makes me uncomfortable and is more 2003 than 2023.
The app prompts you to select the store location before you order and on the loyalty “forgot scan” screen; why do I need to waste time selecting my location when Little Market only has one location?!
The tip dialog only accepts percentages rather than the more familiar dollar amounts; at small locations like cafes, I prefer to tip by amount (like $0.50, $1, $1.50, etc.) rather than percentage (such as at full service restaurants), but this makes it nearly impossible.
The ASAP order option still prompts you to select a time; shouldn’t “ASAP” mean exactly that, that your order goes immediately into the queue?!
Finally, this one is more on Little Market than the app, but you have to check in when you get to the cafe if you placed an online order; I’ve seen customers who didn’t know this waiting and waiting and waiting until they get frustrated. The app should tell you about this policy after you check out.
