Does not work
I tried to use it multiple times and it worked once when I sent a small amount for trial and never worked again. I tried to send to different accounts with Commercial Bank and Dashen Bank. It keeps sending error messages that it failed and to try later. There’s no customer support.Asfaw_A
Doesn’t work
I’m a supporter of Ethiopian/Eritrean owned businesses but disappointed with this one. The app starts off easily, let’s u put all the necessary data’s but at the end ur transaction won’t complete, instead u will get a message saying “ transaction unsuccessful “, no explanation behind that. Previously, I had to visit physical stores to send money, and the process took a considerable amount of time for the funds to be received. However, with the **CashGo** app, I can now transfer money effortlessly, and the recipient receives it instantly and no fees for the serviceBongujo1994
Okay but some kinks
I appreciate how easy it is to send money using the app. However, there are a few areas that need improvement:
1. If a transfer fails for any reason, there’s no option to simply correct the information and resubmit—you have to start the entire process over again.
2. Notifications confirming a successful transfer are not sent, which leaves some uncertainty about whether the transaction went through.
3. The send history is sometimes delayed, taking hours to appear in the app.
4. The receipt only displays the USD amount, without showing the ETB equivalent, making it hard to recall the exchange rate and the exact amount sent.Show lessMel/2024
Scam
They said it was an instant pay app, so I sent money to my family. It's been almost 10 days now, and they still haven't received anything. The bank manager says no transfer was made, and customer service seems clueless. At this point, I feel like I got scammed.Ephois
All the transactions failed
This app does not work for me. When I tried to send money with credit card it didn’t work, even when I eyed everything made sure it was correct it still told it was invalid. I even tried a debit card, but it still told me the information was incorrect.hfhiggy
Garbage
Please don’t release to the public before check the app. it doesn’t work for us we try using Bofa debit card but keep rejecting not only mine 4 of us. good idea but stupid developer.henoky
Why unsuccessful
I like the app but it gives me error to much afte I put all the information and submitted said unsuccessful . I sent few times but I had to te the app and reloaded . Please try to improve the transaction transfer process what makes it giving error . I was hoping to send all my family through runs app but not possible .🫤Show lessGolden11😅
Pathetic
This app is garbage! It literally doesn’t work. Please save yourself some time and just uninstall it! Total waste of time! It tells you the transaction failed at the checkout. Why do even bother with the promo when it can’t do the basic transaction!KGGDTW
