Keeps prompting for update

Downloaded the latest version and it’s still prompting for an update. Every time I come to the homepage.

Very bad app

They should improve it. It doesn't work. I can't even get in. They charge so much money I don't see changes. If I knew that this association was going, I would not buy the house.😣

Can’t login

Haven’t been able to login for over a year now. I reset my password and it still tells me invalid password. No way to contact anybody.

Does anybody work there

No way to contact anyone - I need my account number to register on the app. No way to contact anyone on the app without registering. They don’t have a website to log into or try to find an account number. They have an online chat where I’ve had an open session for about 12 hours and nobody responds. How about a way to contact someone.. that would be great. I’m wasting my time.

Can’t even register my account.

When you try to register and put in your account number, it will prefill all of your contact info. Great, right? Nope, no matter what you do afterwards, the register button won’t work.

Need help? No contact info.

Want to call? You get a recorded message saying to use the app.

It’s a downward spiral of HOA sadness that never ends.

This app is awful. They basically have ZERO way to contact them with a question without providing an account number… which is the question I need answered.

Stydmuffin304, for help finding your account number, you can reach out to your board of directors by using the Message Center feature on the app. After you've opened the app, click on the three lines at the top left corner of the screen. On the menu that appears, select Message Center. Then, click on the blue New Message button on the top of the screen. Draft your message and select the Send button to send your question to the board.

Absolutely Horrible

Terrible customer service. The worst HOA design I’ve ever had to deal with. Can’t talk to anyone, the messaging feature is garbage.
