The Kanban view! You already knew this view from the desktop version of vPlan, and now it's also available within the app. This way, you can easily track the progress of your tasks and move cards around effortlessly. Happy planning!

Our vPlan app has been updated again! Check out the most important additions here:
New colours in vPlan! We've slightly adjusted the colours in your schedule;
View leave in the list and calendar view. You can now easily see when your colleagues have submitted leave.
Submit time registrations in the app. This allows you to easily track and submit your hours worked.

Agenda view: Plan tasks at specific times, just like you're used to with your current agenda. Easily see what's scheduled at specific time slots. This helps you plan more efficiently and prioritize effectively.
Track hours without activities: Start and stop the stopwatch to keep track of time. Later, add the recorded time to a card.
New filter: Enable or disable subtasks and recurring tasks for a clear overview of your planning and quick access to the right information.

With vPlan Go, you execute planning quickly and easily. See your work at home, abroad, on the road or at work. Wherever you go, you always know what needs to be done.
Everything in a clear dashboard. Choose the tasks you want to do today. You can quickly switch to other days to see what has already been done or what still needs to be done. All the information you need to do your work is available in the form of cards. Optionally, you can also see the cards of your colleagues.
A task, a work order, a project... everything can be a card. View all required information within a card. Simply adjust statuses, quickly add comments and communicate with your colleagues. Add information with checklists, custom fields, photos and more.
vPlan Go is ideal for work carried out in production companies, creative agencies, assembly and installation companies, trade companies and IT companies.
