O app é bem intencionado, mas na prática, o básico não funciona.
Estou há dias tentando encaminhar uma solicitação para replantio de uma árvore caída, mas apesar de permitir a adição de imagens e do meu relato, na hora de submeter o app fica processando os dados até dar mensagem de erro.
Isso foi tentado em diferentes horas do dia, sob diferentes redes de dados, dentre wifi e 4G celular.
Desta forma, não atende o cidadão.
