Se modifico el modulo de reportes para que sea mas facil registrar un reporte y se agrega integracion de fotos y mapa. Se modifico el modulo de noticias para mayor facilidad de uso. Se podra guardar mas de una tarjeta en el celular para pagar servicio y sea mas rapido el pago.
