Worst system I’ve ever used. I have 1GB internet service and can’t keep these cameras online for more than 10 secondsTomb of dead
Not user friendly
I have tried everything and the app isn’t user friendly at all. The other issue I have is that it is usually offline and then takes way too long downloading.S.Rdz
Great Remote Viewing App
I have been using this app for a while now. Really enjoy the ease of opening any camera as well as the ability to send out QR codes to add new users.

My only complaint is that it takes forever to load my actual cameras. It has nothing to do with my Internet or my location. Which they pop up faster!cthomas39
App hangs frequently and seems fairly buggy
App seems to hang about 50% of the time when I try to view my cameras. Sometimes won’t connect. The tech who installed my system a few months back even had issues getting the app to save the New Device and he spent more time trying to get that to work than installing the system and when it did finally work he did the same steps he had tried 30+ times previously which made no sense.Show lessSrhansen5
