I am trying to login and but it keeps saying that login failed.. and I already tried to reset but it was error and I tried to even change the password..but it still didn’t help. Please help!!☹️☹️this is crazt

The app lets you create the account but unfortunately you can’t sign in afterwards.
Keeps showing login failed error.
