Shameful
Literally! There is not a single advantage to using this app over just signing in via the browser (which is pretty bad too). Terrible user interface. It takes an act of Congress every time you sign in. I only use it because some crafty sales guy convinced my company’s executives to move to this platform.
I have given prime pay the benefit of the doubt just hoping there would be an update that drastically improves this, but now after 1 1/2 years of use, I realize my seemingly reasonable expectations were just way to high for Prime Pay.

Won’t open
The app will not go past the logo. I have to delete the app and reinstall it to get into it, every. single. time.
Easily to update my profile
App is easy to use and I like that I can easily see all of my employment details, org chart, and documents.

My 2 year old could write a better app.
Open APP Issue
The app is fine when first open after download but once I close it out or log out and close the app out then it will come up with the primepay logo and does nothing after that so I have to delete and reinstall every time.. It’s getting old..
