Check in from app is pointless
I think it’s odd that an option is present in app to check in to notify the clinic you’ve arrived. However after speaking with a rep here at the clinic she advised they don’t get notified when you check in from the app, which is pointless to have as an in app option. Otherwise I do like the option to scan items in the app for the grocery store.

HELP!!!!!
Hiiii !! I love the app but right now I’m having a problem with “scan an item” it’s says “feature has no been downloaded to this device”, before the update it just to work fine but now I don’t know what to do to get it back, can someone please help!!!!
Updated formula
My benifits haven’t been updating ever since I changed formula and only the formula isn’t updating everything else seems to work fine. Is there a reason why my formula isn’t updating on the app. I’ve also gone to the office and they say I have cans and on the app it says zero and the formula hasn’t updated.

Update: I think it took about 2 months but I’m just thrilled that they fixed the app. I can’t speak on any of the other features but I mostly use the scanner so I’m thrilled it’s up and running. Thank you developers. As far as the app itself, it’s super convenient and user friendly. I love that it’s specific to the store & tells you what they carry that is qualified in addition to the scanner feature. The dollar amount for fruits/veggies is beyond helpful and appreciated. Back in the day before apps, I made a special trip to a WIC store to get everything at once because it’s difficult to keep track of and ALOT of store nowadays don’t have the WIC labels up on products. My overall favorite feature is the scanner so you can clearly see how happy I am that this is back in service. Thanks again!

We apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with the shopping guide in the myWIC app. Please note, the scanning feature is not enabled on the web version of the app Here are some steps you can take that will hopefully resolve your issue: 1. Sign out and sign back in 2. Uninstall and Reinstall the app 3. Reach out to your clinic if the problem persists

Very easy to use. If it wasn’t for the app, I wouldn’t know what I could and couldn’t get. The scanning process is great.
Fruit and veggies
I love this app its more helpful in many ways than the other but the only downfall is that this app doesn't have the fruit and vegetables calculator that I used to use with the old app and was so much easier to calculate and know how many benefits I have/ left for fruit and veggies. Hoping it will be available on this app soon

So much easier
The app is so much easier to use than waitron the phone to speak with a person. I love that it shows you how much you have left on your wic.

Not letting me log in
I have been trying to log in for a while, keeps telling me invalid input, I tried doing forgot my password to reset and just keeps telling me unexpected error when I type my email and hit submit.
