I want my $3 back
Looks great. Fun idea. Works like trash on my 5th gen iPad Air (yes, I’m using headphones.) Constantly have to restart to get its 2 functions to work. The save option is broken. The record option works half the time. When you can actually get it to export without throwing an error it cuts out your vocals even though they’re present during initial playback. Save your money and don’t get suckered in by the cute novelty.

Can we add the ability to play via a midi keyboard? Something like the cme xkey have polyphonic aftertouch which would add a great dimension

Helps me to sing out my hidden feelings and that’s amazing
My experience with Chantlings has not been without problems, such as after recording, all the buttons become unresponsive and I have to restart the app, but it deserves five starts because of what it does, it makes me sing out my feelings and that is amazing. What other app out there could make me enjoy making random sounds, but with those little cuties singing their hearts out, singing anything at all feels so fun and sweet and I just want to thank the developer for bringing this app into my life. When I am stuck or overwhelmed, I put on my headphones, and hide in a quiet room and sing out my sadness and loneliness and my emptiness starts to fill. This adorable little ensemble is always there for me to sing sweet nonsense and help me make sense of this confusing life.

Astonishing work
Really blown away by this. It could be used in a live environment or to make bedtime stories for children. The sound and voices are perfect and not annoying and the gate on the mic for getting rid of unwanted noise really is top notch work. Congrats to the developers it is more than worth the price looking forward to fun updates and other apps.

Soulful music creation
I’ve been wondering how I might try and write songs and chants for my music for ages, and then this comes along. It’s like a little Latvian song festival in my pocket. I sing into it in a made up language and the little guys join in and bloop back. Love it! I would pay to have some features that might tell me what notes everyone was singing in so that it could help me write better or allow me to add other instruments to stuff based on the harmonies. Another cool feature would be to export everyone’s voices independently so I could maybe edit things a bit more in my DAW afterwards. But then again, these apps that have limitations like this become super creative because they don’t have these distractions. Nah, would be ace if the characters displayed little necklaces with their pitch on them!

If only there’s a visual guide on note height when controlling the little guys manually via touch, it would be perfect! Now I wish I can sing better :)
Charming and odd
I probably sounded crazy singing along with these little dudes but I had fun! Love the art and it’s a nice solitary, meditative experience.
