No matter the amount of boxing experience you feel you have, we’ve got you. Starting from scratch? Come by 20 minutes prior to your first class and join our boxing orientation. After learning the fundamentals, you will be geared to go! WHAT IS A SIGNATURE TKO BOXING CLASS LIKE? 60 minutes of pure empowerment. Our classes are a fiery fusion of boxing and functional fitness.
