They don’t accept Apple Pay returns
We tried to do an Apple Pay return in store and the system shows a red circle with a red exclamation mark inside and the return was declined.
Don’t buy anything with apple MC in the Ecco store if there is any chance you might return it. It doesn’t work.

Just use a web browser
The app won’t let me sign in, doesn’t display US dollars when I am connecting from a US location, and does not show all shoes they have on the website.
You might as well just use the browser version because this app is a waste of space.

Won’t hold access information and won’t update. Can’t send login refresh to email.
