I just downloaded the app and it won’t even let me get through it. I was planning on making a purchase so when I was asked the question if I had made one yet, I chose the button for no purchase yet. The next screen says it’s going to ask me a couple questions. One of the questions asks for my zip code (along with height, weight, etc) but then I get the below message, before I can continue any further:
“looks like we don’t have data…enter another zip code here”
What is that supposed to mean? It asks for my home zip code - if it won’t accept my home zip code, what else am I supposed to enter? I don’t live anywhere else. Does this mean they don’t ship to my zip code then? Something’s off.
