Changes: 2.1.0 Performance: App Completeness
Below are the steps for locating in-app purchases within your app:
**Scenario 1: Trial/Subscription Expiry**
When a user's trial or subscription expires, they will encounter a blocking message informing them of the expiration and prompting them to renew or subscribe again. Clicking this action will redirect them to a web page where they can select their desired plan. Upon selecting a plan, users will be directed to the in-app purchase pop-up.
**Scenario 2: Upgrading an Existing Plan**
If a user is currently on a plan and wishes to upgrade it, they should follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the "Account" section within the app.
2. Access "Account Details."
3. Locate "Subscription Plan."
4. Review "Plan Details."
5. Choose "Upgrade Plan."
This action will open a web page displaying all available plans. After selecting a specific plan, the user will be directed to the in-app purchase pop-up.
6. During the plan upgrade, if the user encounters a "No subscription found" pop-up, it indicates that the user cannot upgrade their subscription with that particular plan. In such cases, the user should select a different plan.
