Only improvement we would suggest is making it easier to find information on the web site. For example. We could not find details of the restriction on the number of Bono Virtual journeys during the periods identified on a notice on the bus, on the web site. Also we could not find details of how to use the bonus system or what the bonus points were worth on the web situ. Nothing major, but would just make it easier to use the service. Thank you. Apologies for this in English, we are still learning our Catalan and Spanish.
