Worst App I have ever used
It’s nearly impossible to list all the bugs within this app but the main issue is that any time you leave the app, MASN forces you to reload the session to resume the watching of live tv. This includes them cramming another in app advertisement down your throat before you can resume watching the content (which also contains commercials) that you already pay an arm and a leg for through cable. They have no incentive to improve the app experience since they have a monopoly on the content they peddle. It’s the opposite of serving the fans for the teams. They are clearly doing everything they can to enrich themselves without even remotely pretending to care about the people who are required to use this crappy app. This app is why Apple needs to allow one star reviews.

This app is an embarrassment
Let’s skip the fact that in order to use the app to watch live games you must be already subscribed to a TV Service that gets the game. But when you actually aren’t home and try to use the app there is a 5% chance of it working after multiple login attempts. Then once you get the game on in about the 3rd inning you have to keep guessing when it will crash on you. The O’s are currently the #1 team in the AL but the Angelos family don’t care if or how the fans can watch the team they love as long as their revenue keeps rolling in and not reinvested on a better viewing experience.
Had to give it a 1 star rating but that is being generous. They really need to invent a collapsed star going down to a black hole.

John Angelos is top 5 worst humans all time
This is the worst app of any kind i’ve ever TRIED to use. Key word is tried because it rarely works. Despite having MASN subscription through verizon, my access is useless because the app is a joke. I can’t stream on my phone or with the roku app on my tv. They each work about 20% of the time. John Angelos refuses to invest any money to have a functioning streaming service just like he refuses to spend any money on his baseball team. The Angelos family could instantly improve the lives of hundreds of thousands in the BaltImore and DC areas if they would just sell the team and sell MASN to anyone who would actually care about the product they put out, even a little bit.

Worst streaming app
Absolute worst app when it comes to streaming sports. You cannot minimize without exiting and as soon as you exit, you need to watch 3 more commercials before rejoining the game. Also, their is a huge delay.
I do not understand how other apps like fox sports and espn etc, can stream games clear without the delay and you can minimize.
Also, about 30% the app isn’t even working and down. It’s 2023 and this app is acting like its 2012. Invest some money in this. This app is a disgrace and an embarrassment to both the Orioles and Nationals

Clueless team owner, broken app, nonexistent customer service
The Orioles are dominating this season. Sure would be nice to be able to watch some games via the MASN app! Unfortunately, Baltimore’s inept ownership won’t invest in an app that is functional. The Angelos family continues to show utter disregard for Orioles fans through their refusal to adapt to 21st Century technology. Hire a real developer and fix this. Fans were abandoning the team for years because of the abysmal on-field product. Now there’s finally an exciting young club at the Yard contending for a World Series, and fans are being left out in the cold due to third-rate, chintzy software. Unacceptable.

Impressive how BAD this app is
App hasn’t worked for over 5 days on Roku streaming platforms. Downloaded it for iOS and is incredibly laggy here. Volume of commercials is significantly louder than gameplay, so constantly having to turn down the volume in-between innings. Also a guessing game each night whether the Orioles are on MASN or MASN2. Game is also at least a full minute and a half behind TV broadcast… sometimes I will get an MLB app scoring update notification before I actually see the play happen on the app. DO BETTER

MASN has always been known for their profit driven focus with complete disregard to their customers, because customers will use MASN regardless.
Even the worst companies will still try and hide the fact that they don't care about you, but not MASN.
There is no consistency with what channel the O’s or Nationals will be playing on which only leads to confusion- which they profit from because you need to watch commercials each time you try and watch one of the channels.
We really thought it’d get better after Peter Angelos died.

-App doesn’t work a quarter of the time (if you delete, reinstall, and sign back in it’ll work)
-It is rare for the guide to show up under the screen. Many times you will watch a 30-45 second commercial just to find out you’re on the wrong channel, then you have to watch more commercials when you get to the right channel.
-Will sign you out every other week for no reason
-Website crashes every couple commercial breaks
-Slow to open and navigate through.
-Knowing you’re being scammed but there is no alternative place to watch your team.

Beggars can’t be choosers, but man this app is bad
This app is pathetic. It’s only saving grace is cable subscribers can watch it in market via Apple TV’s. You have to constantly verify your login, confirm you’re here to watch the Orioles and then you have to roll the dice on whether or not the game is on MASN or MASN 2. If you pick wrong, you gotta verify all your crap again. But man, that ad you have to watch to start your broadcast will be the clearest, most seamless part of the process.
Additionally, people are complaining about having to have a cable subscription to watch. This isn’t a new phenomenon and they need to get over it.

Why would they take away the ability to watch the games?
If there were a 0 star option I would have gone with that. They could get me to 2 stars if we were just able to cast the Live stream. They pretty much made it so that I can't watch the games anymore, so I'm going back to listening to the radio feed. At least they describe what is going on when I can't see the game—in this app it's impossible to see the game on a 4" screen that won't even enlarge to full screen. I don't understand the purpose of this and I am waiting for them to undo the switch. Horrible. Did they decide the app had to be as bad as the team (Nats)?

Problems with the app
When ever I go to watch games when I click the stream it’ll only cover half the screen the right side of the picture covers the left side of the screen and will keep doing it every time you go to load it. After numerous attempts it’ll say daily maximum allowed streams reached. Really frustrating and needs to be figure out
