Henderson Brothers’ My BenefitsPlace app provides ONE platform to engage, educate and communicate with your members, and ease their healthcare and employee benefits experience. My BenefitsPlace features help: Engage: - Centralize all benefits offering information including detailed plan information - ID card storage to keep multiple cards directly in the app in one place - Call for help & be directed to the right resources - Find in-network providers nearby - Telemedicine & Rx integrations to save on healthcare costs - Surveys distributed directly in the app to check-in and assess how employees are doing - Ability to invite family to utilize the same features available to the employees - You can now participate in wellness challenges with your colleagues. We would need access to your steps and distance data in healthKit to build a leaderboard with your peers. If you don’t see this option in app please reach out to your HR to get Wellness enabled. Educate: - Chatbot services to receive immediate answers to common questions - Benefit guide & company documents stored directly in the app - Real-time plan balances to see how much has been put towards deductibles and OOP max - 401k/HRIS Integrations through direct links and single sign-on capabilities Communicate: - Push notification capabilities with messages stored in our message hub in the app for employees to access 24/7 that link to documents, website links, or images We continue to add new features to anticipate and meet the ever-changing needs of our clients.
