First, a week ago, Mo Steps suddenly stopped working! I've opened it in the evening every day this week, only to be met by infinite "loading" messages! Thus I haven't been able to convert my steps once for the past week! Second, even when functioning, the payouts are excessively minimal, and the available prices are equivalently worthless or totally unavailable (prize company out of "business")! I am losing track of how many times this has happened. I already had a few thousand steps early this morning. There are still nearly 2 hours to this day and suddenly I only have 800+ steps. I am part of the health cohort, and I need accuracy. For the first couple of days I was in the cohort, the app we use, which is synced with Apple Fitness, showed almost the exact number of steps being counted on this app and Apple Fitness. I would love to know why this keeps happening.Show lessdnvrwrtr

Inconsistency
I don’t know what would cause such a thing to happen, but there are times during the day that several thousand of my steps disappear. It just happened within the last hour. I don’t know if they are being reset and I discover it when I log them each night. Either way, it makes it impossible to keep track. I’m part of the health cohort, and I need accuracy.
