This is a SCAM
When I logged into my account to cancel the current subscription, the system made me go through 10 reasons why I shouldn’t cancel. I asked for proof that I hadn’t canceled the subscription, but they didn’t provide any response. Instead, they laughed when I mentioned I would file a complaint about their app in the Apple Store, saying that since I subscribed through their website and not through the Apple Store, I had no user rights.
Since they refused to refund me, I had to call and speak with a bank representative, close my account, and then go to a branch to open a new one. They wasted a lot of my time and nerves, which I can’t afford to lose. However, I dealt with these scammers on principle. If your time is valuable, stay far away from them.

Hello! The subscription price is determined at the time of its registration and is fixed for the entire period while you use it (including renewals). Information about the subscription price of a particular user is located in the personal account in the "Subscription Management" section. You can cancel your subscription there. In case of cancellation of the subscription, the autopayment is disabled and funds are debited from the linked card. The user must independently verify that the subscription is indeed disabled. If the charges continue, it means that the user has not canceled the subscription. Please be sure that if the subscription is canceled, then charges are not possible. We are ready to answer any question about the subscription at any time and help solve any problems, including with its cancellation, but the user must track the subscription status independently.
