Useless
Hoped to book dining, explore options during our stay, actually was hoping to do SOMETHING. However it does absolutely nothing. Can’t do anything but show we have a reservation. It just ends up with a white box and error message. We arrive in a week and have no access. Their previous app was much better. Unfortunate that they changed.

This app does nothing!!!!
The old app for the resort was easy to use and invaluable when setting up our room and making dinner reservations. After trying multiple times…this thing is absolutely worthless.veedrizzle
Horrible app
This app serves no purpose. It does not work and does not display any information. I created an account and logged in and I can’t even get the list of hotels to display after 5 minutes of buffering. I tried to select the Restaurant & Bars, and you get kicked out of the app when you select it. Don’t waste your time down loading this.Show lessRubberduci

Super hard to use & confusing.
I logged in to my account that I had formerly made with the original Unico app. I went to put my trip in but it kept asking for all of this information from me and not in full English, which is fine, but not when I’m giving out my information like that. It kept glitching and I ended up logging out. I am so confused by this app.Show lessLyd&Manny
Terrible
Downloaded the app ahead of my upcoming trip and was told I could book and manage my stay via the app. I cannot even log in for the past 3 days (have never been able to log in) to view my trip even though the info is correct. I can see my info but can’t go further to customize anything. I am unable to access anything in the app and just keep getting error messages. Too many bugs in the app to count.Show lessKelliJo83
Can’t use if you download after checking in
The calendar used to locate your reservation only allows today + future. I checked in yesterday, so cannot locate my reservation (it says invalid date if I enter today). You cannot manually type a date (at least on iPhone app), so you cannot locate your reservation and then can’t use the app. This feels like a bug.Show lessggomm23

Website will not let you create an account!!!
The whole purpose of the app is advertisement. Unless you create an account which you can then make restaurant reservations, ask for housekeeping, help, etc..
So I downloaded the app and when you click on the create an account link - it takes you to LOGIN. You can’t login until you have an account. So RCD Webmaster - please fix this link so we can create an account!
