Horrendous Customer Support
I accidentally spent 20,000 coins on an upgrade I did not. Would have been helpful if there was a purchase confirmation but in hindsight it looks the the purchase confirmation is left out purposely so they can screw people.
I emailed customer service asking if they could reverse the 20,000 coin upgrade I made on my athletic center and refund my coins. This was an obvious error on my part. No one in their right mind would spend 20k coins on that upgrade when they only have 27k banked. Their response, “since it was not an error with the game we can not do that”. What a joke! I’m an idiot who actually spent money on this game.
Let this be an example of what to expect when downloading this game. If you ever have a problem or make a simple mistake that could have been prevented on their part, you are on your own!Show lessPts617
Awful customer service
Liked playing this game but I tried contacting them about a problem I had a received condescending and rude messages back saying I was spamming them with messages even though I sent one message via email and one via Instagram because I didn’t know which one they used for help. When are the other events going to not be simulations? Just had 6-7 simulation events in a row and it’s pretty boring. Why even bother having them. Just do the proper events.Paorakennedy

Simulations are in the game for the sake of smooth progress and the possibility of further progress. Also due to several events and mechanics. Simulated disciplines are being worked on and will be gradually added to the game soon.Please keep it moving
This game is good and I enjoy playing it but, there are a fair few problems.
There are countless games that we can’t actually play which is very frustrating. The message states it’s being worked on, so we can eventually play them just like the rest, but nothing has improved since I began playing this game (over the last 8 months).
It’s been a while now and nothing that seemed to be on the fix list has been addressed. The long jump is wild and the simulated events don’t make any sense. Please look into this or I can’t see myself playing as much as I do now!Show lessDINO_89
Characters
Please refine the male and female characters. Some of the males athletes look like females athletes. Or create a way for us to change the gender and look of the characters.Long Loop

It’s ok. Not great.
I’m rather bored of getting PB in events you have no control over, but then never getting close to the PB ever again. I’m sick of fouling out of events even when choosing heights well below my PB. Either make all the events playable or just don’t have those events. It’s ruining an otherwise decent game.Show lessBmassello74
Potential 4 Greatness
As a former track and field athlete this game grabbed my attention immediately. I love the gameplay and the mechanics. Other than some minor glitches like a messed up stadium screen after I reached stadium 10, and I can’t collect my rewards.

Great potential
Game with great potential… Seems to be only possible to do about 25% of the events. The ones you can do get a boring doing same ones over and over again. Daily limit of what can be won means I know the game is going to try and fleece you at some point.Yali55

Once you get to a point to where you have to buy stuff to be better is annoying you can’t ever get your PB needs more work and improvementMegatron0921$
