Check with your existing meter operator first before touching any electric meter. Replace GSM/GPRS modules without cutting the power. Then connect the WiFi module in the same way and tighten the securing screws. Download the WiFi Setup Tool to pair the meter with a local Wi-Fi network. This installation tool connects to the meter's network, then follow the steps to configure the network name and passkey. After successfully connecting to a Wi-Fi network the meter sends meter reads every 15 minutes. Check the WiFi Smart Meter app to see latest meter reading data and profile data.
