Crappy app
This is so bad for the money we’re paying we need something better
Pretty bad app and not intuitive at all
This app is a mess and not very intuitive (I’m using an iPhone). I kept clicking on the the Spa Pass repeatedly until I realized I had to select it and then unintuitively go back to the top of the screen to see the spas in the drop down menu. No back button. I click on an Amenity, it takes me to all the parks. I select a park and a new page takes over the screen giving details about the park. But how do I get out and back to the main menu? I can’t figure out how to get back to the main menu and all possible option end up signing me out of the app. It’s a convuluted process to login. I have to keep clicking the Request Resident Access to login and then click the the “Return to Login” which I was never there in the first place. The app is a good start. I hope the creator is still working on it.
