All functionality is behind a subscription. This is not clear. Also setup is not easy - you need to really dig around to figure it out. At least one “FAQ” document goes to a page in Russian even though the app is English. There are poor translations as well.Icepotato
Doesn’t work
The app simply doesn’t find any information about recent calls. Tried updating the phone number database; didn’t work. There is no way of knowing whether it is actually blocking calls. The FAQ page is in another language, no English.
Don’t waste your money. I’m now using Hiya. This is a much better app.Show lessChessPilgrim

My experience with this App is that it works. Before you write a negative review make certain you persisted in getting ALL of its features engaged and working. My initial attempt to employ it was partially unsuccessful. I was not happy but I kept working in the App, following directions. Low and behold since all features were activated I have not received a single spam/scam call. I typically get at least two such calls a day except Sundays. I’ve tried “pressing 1 to be put on our ‘do not call list’” and the federal government’s Do not Call List. Doesn’t work. My testimony is true. This app works.Show lessLesdenagu

Hasn’t blocked a call yet. No phone number is ever found when I try to look it up. I can’t tell that it is functioning in anyway at all. Save your time and money.Briggsjc

Hello. We constantly monitor multiple sources with user reports to spam and add new unwanted numbers to the database. More than 1.5 million numbers have been already registered in REKK. The application will identify the caller if the phone number is registered in the database. Please update the database regularly for accurate spam identification and successful reverse lookup.Doesn’t work at all
I was receiving several spam calls per day and decided to try this app to stop them.
After installing and paying for a month of service, the spam calls are still coming in. What a waste of money!Joerf333

I just purchased this app a day ago after reading that it was the number one app for spam calls blocking for iPhone. Wrong! It doesn’t work! The same spam calls and text messages are coming through!!! It is a ripoff! I want my money back ASAP!!!!AngiSan

Just purchased this product. So far it doesn’t do a dam thing except cost me 10 bucks. I had it for approximately 6 hours and it didn’t block any spam at alljonev143
