I am a new customer at Citizen Bank and everything has been going along great except one thing, we were doing a bunch of transactions and the next thing I know the person who I was working with went away on vacation and I did not want to start all over again discussing all of these things with someone else so i’m waiting until they come back to complete the things that needed to be done in reference to the accounts that I have open.Show lessElder John one

Password Problems
Every time I try to sign in, it says my password is wrong, even though I know it was 100% correct. I try to reset my password and it doesn’t allow me to. It’s so frustrating….Ventreblues

When I paid my bills before are used to get a set of numbers or letters to confirm my payment. I have lost that ability. I was used to your way do not like this new way. I find myself Lost.
