Nestled in the picturesque views of the Appalachian Mountains of Western Maryland and Deep Creek Lake, Thousand Acres Golf Club gives you the challenging golf experience with the luxury customer experience you deserve. For the 2020 Season Putting and short game practice area | Practice Range Golf instruction available | Seasonal memberships available Thousand Acres will retain the quiet residential character that is the signature of its unique heritage. Having the largest wetlands in the Deep Creek area , conservation easements are already in place preserving nearly 20 percent of green space within each planned phase of development. The golf course will also be deeded in perpetuity as green space. This provides not only a visual green cover, but also allows for plenty of hiking, biking and cross-country ski trails. This helps to maintain this quality in the way of life for Thousand Acres residents who seek out this quiet, picturesque portion of the lake for their homes and vacation playgrounds.
