DOESN’T LET YOU REGISTER
We tried registering for Mwasalat at home in Australia, in Istanbul AND as we arrived at Muscat International Airport AND whilst in Muscat.
You have to enter your mobile number for a verification code and it NEVER COMES.
Needs to have email verification.

Not reliable at all
The time schedule changes with no alert
GPS not working for most of the year and now the app doesn’t even want to login
No bus departure alert
Can’t see if the bus on root from a station that is not the main station.Mohammed max Almughairy
Very basic, but no other choice
This is the only app that has comprehensive public transport routes and schedules in Oman. It’s simple enough to use, but you have to know the name of your bus stops or pick them from the map, you can’t search for a place name.hugh-m
Terrible, absolutely the worst
Why block Uber and Careem if this is what your alternative is? No software support, you don’t even match Google maps for location data, and you require about 87 steps for verification. I ended up just walking there and back. You will too or you will just stay out. Total failure of an app.caphil5678
