Thank you so much for your feedback and for giving Easy Bites a go. One of the tenets of responsive feeding, and the mission of our app is to help parents serve just one meal for the whole family. Most of the recipes on the app are presented family style or deconstructed, to make it easier to include 1-2 accepted foods per child. This way parents stress less about preparing multiple meals and everyone at the table has something they can enjoy. This strategy enhances kids' feelings of safety and connection, while challenging them appropriately, which helps them develop their innate curiosity about food.
