Incomplete Profile
Unable to complete profile in this app for weeks and weeks now. It will not let me use the nickname, birthdate, gender, and where I am from correctly…it freezes. I have my game linked to this app and to Facebook on my iPad. It was working fine until a couple weeks I was booted out of the game while playing and now I can’t get back in with my iPad. I can use my iPhone but I don’t like playing with it because everything is too small. When I try to log in with my iPad using this app, it says I’m a guess player..but I can’t complete my profile in this app. Please help. I play the infinity Kingdom game. It has only part of my nickname..ose, instead of Rose😂

Froze so much it needs to be fix
Beware!!
This system is poorly designed and managed. I was submitting purchases for vouchers through GTarcade for in game purchases of Infinity Kingdom and upon submitting them their system timed out and gave error message of “Network Error” I then forced closed the app and restarted to attempt to submit the purchases again this time the purchase attempt had gone through and was given a confirmation number. Upon opening the game I seen I was giving two sets of the of the vouchers I then went to my bank account and seen that they had double charged me! After being given the run around through their “customer service” I was told that they do not offer refunds and Boldly denied any attempt to try and make things right about the situation. Stay away from this app and stay away from this company.

Facebook login failed
After update I had the issue where no event page would open nor did the posts. I reinstalled the app and now I cannot log in using facebook says its in beta mode or something and I don’t have access

Everything is good, but
But why can’t make a recharge button there? Will make it much easier to go to the link. Now I have to go to the game - Facebook - click the points shop - to go to the page to recharge.
FAILS TO LOGIN - AVOID !
I’ve managed to login ONCE… now the app is unresponsive. It’s like most of GTARCADE development.. slapdash and poorly managed… the amount of money they are stealing from players is criminal as they spend nothing on development… they should lose the franchise and let’s have a decent developer run the games.
