So draining on phone battery
I have to have this app for work set to “always allow”. It is absolutely draining the life out of my battery everyday. New iphone 13. You guys should really look in to this?
Useless Customer Service
I downloaded the app and made sure all the permissions are set, but the app probably records 5% of the journeys I make.
I reached out to the support team, but they are never there answers take hours or days to come back, and even then they are no help what I need is to be able to have a chat conversation to see where the problems are.
Unless you have lots of time on your hand to waste waiting for Customer Service then I would avoid this app totally
