Great but…..
I used google maps through Delm8 and find that there are a number of addresses, usually business addresses that Del-mate just doesn’t find. However, if i search google maps it finds them. Why doesn’t this information pull through to Delm8?? It is so frustratingN8tedogg11

Works really well. Showing the actual address rather than a random spot in a postcode is so much more helpful than others. I do have a couple of niggles though. It seems to have a bit of a problem re routing in some places I.e if a rural road is closed or sometimes sending me through private property as if it’s a public road. Had a lot more problems in more rural places but it does seem to know where a lot of named houses are even if getting to them is sometimes infuriating.Show lessDazzz0000

Thanks for your feedback, much appreciated. The issue you raised are from your mapping app and not Delm8. Delm8 pinpoints the physical location of addresses to conventional maps such as Googlemaps or Apple, and then it's down to these maps to route you there. Sometimes these maps get confused too. Just to confirm, Delm8 finds the location and then it passes it to your chosen map for the actual turn-by-turn navigation.Good most of the time
When it works the app is amazing; a real time saver, however there are the times when the app refuses to put your destinations in any sort of order so you’re now tasked with The tedious job of having to manually put the locations in order.HunchoDwayne

I read a review from 1 year ago before I subscribed that had a response saying multiple stop (offline navigation) was only 2 weeks away which would be a massive help when in areas with no signal yet there is still no option to navigate to more than one stop at a time not good for the route I currently do so seems to be a waste of moneyShow lessHehzeha

Hi Hehzeha, We are dissappointed that you feel this way. Every app will need internet to access their stops for the first time, as you cannot store them offline, over 40million of them. But once you've created your route and optimised it, then you can be offline from Delm8. You will also have to download the map of your area from Googlemaps to be able to navigate whilst offline.Latest update faulty
A great app combining the best of the basic app and the other courier app.
Latest update though has errors and if you optimise the route more than once in a day it gives an error message “Request Denied” forcing you to log back in - although the next message tells you that your number is already logged in. It also defaults back to Google maps which I find in courier use less accurate than Apple.

When highlight option on, when you press done is not appearing as done on the marker in the map. Sometimes when you press optimise it's logging you out.

It’s a great app, but it would be better if I could organise the route quicker. You see I have a route already but use this as it’s way better. Just a few things I’d like - more stops, 106 is not enough, sometimes I have 170 stops and del m8 stops at 106. Would be 5 stars if these things were includedShow lessJoemean

Easy enough to use, having to use postcodes is a pain. When adding in timed stops, my route went completely crazy, nothing in any kind of optimal route. It’s ok if you don’t add timed deliveries or collectionsPW7878

Good app. Helping me deliver parcels efficiently. What I would like to see its option to add favourite stops so I don't have to type them every day. It would really speed up the process.
4 stars because sometimes app simply doesn't work. It caused me some problems and I had to use different apps on the busiest days.Show lessloze66
Great BUT….
I like the App it’s great, but if I optimise it reverses my route as I go out to furthest and come back in, not nearest first as it does when you optimise it!… no other option to rearrange route how you want to do it, very frustrating 🫤Vixter Touron
