Products are good. Delivery service is horrible. Never on time and they send parcels to wrong addresses.
Return was never picked up
It’s unbelievable how poor the service is. I will NEVER order from them again, wouldn’t recommend anyone as well.
I had to return two tops, they only picked one too (still haven’t received refund). Despite my many calls and emails and their promises to pick up the other top, it never happened. I had to fly away to London as my trip was ending, they never came to pick it up and I am left with a top that doesn’t fit me. Outrageous!! Unacceptable and pathetic.
