It Does What It Claims - And Flawlessly
I am a person who will return stuff if I don’t like any part of it. Is what it is, I like what I like and I know if I don’t like a thing. I gave this service a shot and the execution was FANTASTIC. The driver was friendly and courteous, picked up in the time frame promised, and sent me tracking info. I didn’t have to do a thing.

I’ve used Tern twice so far and both pickups and returns have gone without a hitch. The app is very user friendly and the team is very responsive. The whole concept delivers fantastic value for the monthly fee. I only wish they did in store returns at places like Target or the mall but I understand most retail locations require a credit card to be present so it’s not an option. If they are able to crack that code I’d pay a lot more for their service ;)cougarjuno

This is a fantastic product if you procrastinate with returning things or you don’t buy something because you are worried that it might need to be returned.
