Waste of time
Don’t waste your time. It’s just a bunch of ads and when you FINALLY get to use the magnifier it’s all blurry.

Because why 5 stars apple magnifier, because, it is useful app for using the flashlight feature to adjust to like off or on low/bright even your zooming in thing works too when it comes to look things up close when like example a toy with a defect on it that is hard to identify the zoom in & out attachment is helpful when there is a defect on a toy or other miscellaneous things that can also be identified to. 👍🏻

Great magnifier
Get this if ya wanna spy on sum people
Great tool for low vision
I am legally blind and use the magnifier feature almost daily. I use it to read the check at a restaurant, food label nutrition info, any small print. It also works as a binocular. If I can’t figure out what is going on across the street or what car is parked in front of my house, I simply use the zoom feature to get a closer view. I love the ability to just click the home button three times to access the magnifier and don’t have to find it on my phone’s screen. Thank you Apple for a very handy app for those of us with poor vision. I’ve even shown friends who ordinarily need to get out their reading glasses to read menus or restaurant bills how to use this app and they are impressed!

Waste of space
This app is literally only useful to take photos like the Camera app and it is just a copy of the Camera app
What the
I love using this but it is not easy to switch between cameras lock focus or do anything really except fumble around trying to get the light in the right position to get a clear view of anything at all.. could be so useful but instead it’s just time consuming.. PLUS It is now crashing all the time and wont open .. please fix this

Image saving a problem
Needed some close-up pics so used this app. Image storage is ??? You need to “send” it somewhere. But I don’t have email on my phone so the best I could do was send it elsewhere via Messenger. The result BEFORE attaching was perfect, but as received via Messenger it was badly pixelated. Gave up and settled for using standard (aka piss-poor at closeup) iPhone camera app.

Why would you even come out with this app. When I downloaded the new upgrade I thought it was a bug.
Out of the three camera receptors you couldn’t put a magnifying feature on one of them.
Now you gotta open this ridiculous app that doesn’t make any sense, filters are trash, doesn’t focus, and you can’t even zoom until after you take the photo if you want it to be clear. So I guess using it as a magnifying device is out the window.
Oh and to top it. IT DOESN'T EVEN SAVE TO PHOTOS.. wasted a bunch of time taking photos, saved them, and they’re no where to be found so make sure you assign them to a folder. Right cause the app deletes them as soon as you exit.

Great at first
It was great at first until all the settings changed, and I could never get the flashlight back. I can never get the zoom back things kept disappearing. I put the flashlight back in the queue to work and it won’t come on. It’s dead, my situation is pretty serious. I have a beetle infestation so I have to see if the exterminator did his job or not and this is not helpful. It’s very annoying at a time like this to have the flashlight be disabled and just go dead.
