I use Alkatronic and hydros, they did them dirty. Deleted the app and will not use them anymore for anything.Matt yooo

Just be careful with the content and products they “suggest” they have proven that the only customer they are worried about is there parent company.Bikereef
I’m finished with BRS
BRS sold me an Aquamaxx roller filter that I cannot get refills for. When I purchased it, I bought the refills BRS said people buy with this purchase…. They don’t fit and I cannot return the roller filter. SadGorberg

You can’t read reviews.
I enjoyed using the app until I realized you can’t read user reviews of products. To me this is the most important feature of an e-commerce store and what I rely on to make my purchasing decisions. In fact, it’s probably why you are reading this review right now before downloading the BRS app. Also, BRS needs to work on the search criteria and product recommendations. This is a complicated hobby snd knowing what works best together when you buy it makes all the difference. I would also like to see a way to setup subscriptions to products I need to reorder on a continual basis like salt, ro cartridges, fish food, filters, etc. The app should make ordering easier, faster and more intuitive. I think BRS gets an A for effort but has a long way to go here. With that said, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else and hope to see these features in upcoming releases.thinktechnow
