Concise yet thorough
Easy to follow format and kept me motivated. Goes into a bit of all the necessities without being overwhelming. Covers just about the same stuff as the WSET level 1 in wines and WSET level 1 in spirits (not much on HOW to taste like in WSET but does discuss typical flavor profiles). Definitely helps lay the groundwork as I work towards upper level wine and spirits certifications.
