Where’s my ticket?
I bought a ticket, without setting up an account, which seemed to be okay, but then the app crashes when I try to get into it. Perhaps it is intended for locals, and wasn’t meant to work without an account but why did it let me spend money on a ticket, then? I can’t really see how I can get the money back now.

Hello. A technical issue recently prevented connection to servers. You can now update the application to latest 2.1.2 version to recover all functionalities as well as your tickets. It is possible to use it without creating an account, including for buying tickets.
