Great app!

Great app. Would be good if the complication could also be added to the widget drawer when you swipe up from the bottom of the screen.

Definitely worth the $1

Usually by the time I’m looking to see if I’ve got my stand credit, the complication shows it - if it doesn’t, it’s an easy tap away. Activity will remind you to stand if not, assuming you have that enabled. Even at a one-time $3 it’d be worth it. I’m sure if the developers had the ability to make it refresh more often they would, it’s just not something Apple allows to 3rd party apps.

Love the Idea - doesn’t update automatically?

I like the indicator, it’s slick and easy to use. My only issue is it doesn’t update automatically once you hit your stand goal for the hour - you have to click it to open the app for it to realise you’ve hit the goal…

Still nice to have but slightly less useful.

Asking for HealthKit access

Whenever you open it up it asks for HealthKit access even though it has access to the Health app already

Almost Perfect

Works well, especially since watch os 9 ruined the activity complication for the modular watch face. Displays the rings and numbers nice and cleanly. Only issue I have is with the move calories. I have mine set to 1,000. When I reach my goal, it displays at 1,000 / 1,0… Wish there was a way to shrink the text or something so it fit better.

Wow—high calorie goal! Thanks very much for the feedback. Will work on an update that fixes that display bug (though it may take me a little while). Appreciate the review!

Clever way to see the hourly stand goal

However, for complications, there needs to be a way to select units. It’s defaults to calories but my country uses kj.

Perfect

Thank you for making this very niche app, and the beautiful complications to go with it. Well made apps like this really improve the Watch experience when the widgets are not only so well designed but also functional. It’s a delight to have this on my regular watchfaces, keep up the good work!

Add support for iOS 16 Widgets

Would be cool if you could somehow add support for iOS 16 widgets on the lock screen to show standup.

Basically useless

As it’s mentioned in the description, there is a technical limitation on the watch face complication refresh. So it never shows the accurate data, never. If you would like to know if you completed the stand goal you’ll see the status from 15 mins ago, so good luck. Tapping each time on the app for it to be updated just makes it ridiculous. So what does this app add to your apple watch experience or what does it solve? Nothing

Response from developer

Hi there. I am sorry you don’t find the app to be working for you! To clarify, while the app does only refresh in the background once every 15 minutes, this does not mean that the information is always out of date. If you glance down to see that you do not have credit for a Stand Hour, but you have actually already earned a stand hour, all you need to do is tap the complication to open the app. Then, the complication will display a Stand Indicator until the top of the next hour, when it will automatically clear itself. And if you do not open the app, the Activity Rings and Stand Indicator will refresh automatically every 15 minutes.

App complication not showing up

After downloading the app to my watch and allowing access to health data, although I'm seeing the app in my watch app list I'm not seeing it available as an option for a complication on my Infograph Modular watch face. Giving the low rating so that hopefully this will be fixed soon. I'm using a S5 Apple Watch.

Update:
After restarting my watch, uninstalling the app from my watch, and then reinstalling via the watch's App Store, I'm able to see the complication on my watch faces.

So glad you were able to get it fixed! Occasionally, WatchOS takes a few minutes after an app installs to detect that it offers complications. Sorry for any inconvenience you experienced!
