What’s happened to my calling credit???
I was hoping this app works but sometimes it shuts down when making a call or cuts off midcall. I have topped up recently and searched for customer service number to find out where my top up had disappeared to, to no avail. Sent a message through WhatsApp but not sure how long they take to respond as I’m still waiting. Right now I really need to make an international call, can you please at least give us a chat option or a contact number so issues can be solved effectively.
