Needs a Few Things Please
I have inattentive ADHD and have trouble focusing on reading & studying. This App is somewhat helpful. I like that I get notified to see how I am doing periodically and can see the reasons why I am struggling so that I can be more self aware and develop strategies.
My only problems are:
1: No Alarm Sound with the Notification. When I set down my phone I miss notifications often. Therefore if I start getting distracted I am not startled to get back into task.
2: No connectivity to an Apple Watch.
So I could receive notifications there as well.
Solutions:
1. Add a few Alarm sounds & vibration to notifications that can both be turned on and off independently. As well as more options of how frequently to be bothered.
2. Functionality on the Apple Watch. (If possible)
Otherwise I think you have a great start on this App. When this has been Improved I will change my review to a 5.
A lot of us adhers’ could use this app with the improvements.

Accountability is king. This app is fantastic. Seeing that lil notification, seeing that I’m on Youtube procrastinating… man it’s a slam dunk. Great app. Excited for more people to discover it.otterremixchamp
