App doesn’t work/Can’t connect to the bed!!
When I open the app I get nothing but a black screen now. The last couple of times I’ve opened the app I have to unplug the bed and plug it back in again and set up the info in the app all over again.
Now I can’t even inflate or deflate the bed. I’m stuck. Please fix the app.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t
Sometimes when I use the app, I have to totally reset everything. However, most time I’m in bed and can’t set up the air while I’m in bed. So I have to get out of bed set it up and then get back in bed. Very annoying!! when it works, it’s fine.
When it connects, it’s not accurate
The remote shows one setting, and the app shows another, on days the app actually connects.
Crashes constantly
Crash constantly and the only other option to control the bed is their $50 remote
Not Accurate
The numbers do not line up with the numbers on the remote. You set your numbers, close the app, open the app again and the numbers have changed. Meanwhile, the numbers on the remote have remained unchanged. Otherwise, the app is easy to use. It's just not accurate. I'm not using this app again unless it's fixed. It's pointless.

Never works when I need it.
Lately, every time I open the app, I have to set up everything from scratch. So, when I want to make a quick adjustment, I have to go through the entire set up process….. connect the left bed position, label it…. Connect the right bed position, label it. Then I have to connect the pump, which runs the pump through some sort of diagnostic that takes a couple minutes.
So a quick adjustment, which should take 5 seconds, takes 5-10 minutes.
And, the two preset buttons in the app have never worked as long as we have owned the bed.

Best sleep I’ve ever gotten
I can’t rave about this bed and app enough, sleeping better than ever
App suddenly doesn’t work 100%
App shows connected to bed on one screen and not on the next. It was fine two days ago. Fix it!!
Also the remote that came with the bed crapped out and stopped working a year ago. We have only had this stupid bed like 2 years
