  • stopped working properly after firmware update

    I used this for 2 months and it worked great until the latest firmware update, which erased both cams from the app. Had to reset and reinstall both cams. Using the app, I configured all the cameras' settings to the way they were before and found that both cams were malfunctioning. Using white light as an alarm when motion was detected, even though I had them both set to only use infrared at night (so as not to disorient wildlife). I paid for a year subscription to the app so I could configure motion detection zones but those settings never worked on either cam. (Both detected motion outside of the zones I carefully outlined). After the update, the motion detection was off the charts high, too, giving me notifications every time a tiny leaf moved in the wind. Dzeez tech support couldn't fix the issue so they refunded me and I placed both cameras in the garbage can.

  • Best camera system

    This system is really easy to use and very user friendly only took me maybe a total of 10 minutes to set it up and install the app and system to the outside of the house love the fact it is magnified so I can move the one camera around the house to different mounts if I needed to
  • Nice affordable cameras

    Was hesitant at first, but images/videos are great and user friendly in app… easy install… support responds with good info… we now have 5 total.. surprisingly good battery life… must have a good WiFi connection on our models so around the house seems no issue and have 2 cams at our business…
  • Garbage

    It’s was pretty nice in the beginning. Now image is blurry even in HD (new and older cameras), super delayed, can’t swipe to next video while in full screen, gives too much control to and account it is shared with, and can’t reject access to an account that it is shared with when access is no longer needed. I had a shared account spy on me for 15 minutes listening to a conversation they had no business listening too and it doesn’t record when someone is watching live. You can select to record while live but if a nosey shared account is watching and they don’t record then it is just a large gap of missed data and proof if it was needed in a dangerous situation. Had I known this I would have never shared cameras to my home and just watch my own house when I’m away. This is a major security issue. Their main concern for security the main account being logged in on different devises, which is a ridiculous annoyance constantly being logged out from phone to tablet like passwords don’t exist. The whole reason for passwords. Figure out how to let us kick people off like Ring does! That’s common sense! And for goodness sake fix the landscape swiping. I’ve contacted their garbage support so many times about this.

  • Too many notifications

    Cameras are good for the most part but I get notifications over and over of the same movement. I’ve communicated with the developers before and have done everything they said to do to try and stop the problem but nothing has fixed it. It’ll either send me the notification an hour later or I’ll get 2 notifications back to back for the same thing and it’s getting very annoying. I haven’t had these 3 cameras a year yet and I’ve had so many problems with them or the app itself. I’m signed into my account in 2 iPhones and they both get the same notifications at the same time but an hour or so later or get 2-3 notifications of the same thing. About to start shopping for a different brand of camera. Or and not to mention this company/app wants basically full access to EVERYTHING on your phone which is honestly terrible and that’s another reason I’m looking for a different companies services.

  • Best camera

    I love my Dzees cameras. We now have two and they are awesome. Hooked right up and alerts me when it sees action. Love love love
  • Sleep mode and activity zone issues

    This camera (D3) had been working perfectly but when I went to charge it today (first charge needed in a month) a firmware update was needed, too, and now I can’t seem to figure out how to set an activity zone or how to set up a sleep schedule.
  • Money well spent

    Easy, effective, quality product, my kids can even navigate the app no problem. 10 stars if I could
  • Actual camera is great. But cloud connection needed

    The physical camera design is good. So is the function and AI. The problem lies in the cloud service it will not function without. Paid extras or not. My problem is that whenever the cloud server goes down: you can not reset, set up, or effectively turn on the camera you paid decent money for.

  • Needs update

    Needs update both cameras keep going offline the wifi drops out just started doing this after a year use and its not my internet cause never had this problem
