No instruction on how to set up
There are no instructions or help features. I can’t even connect to try. The server settings have a CODE field with no explanation as to what it is, and that is it. I can’t tell if this requires an account with the developer or if we can use it normally with our AWS Connect credentials.

The app user guides are available on the Comstice product page. Once you purchase the solution, Comstice will provide a company code so you can retrieve your Amazon Connect instance settings. Then you will login using your Amazon Connect or SSO credentials. Please search for Amazon Connect Mobile Softphone app and you can see the product page and available skins.
