I reached my goal weight in no time!
I am currently following the 30 days “Basic Hit” table. I am 17 days in and I already lost weight and look in shape! Thanks to coach Mohammed Hani, and the best thing is that I am losing weight in a healthy manner and all my proportions are looking correct.
I also follow the quick hit exercises when I feel that I have the stamina to do more.
